By  |

Singing competition, “Sunday’s Best“will return back to BET for its 10th season on Sunday, July 5th. The show will feature a live audience and band at Tyler Perry Studio in Atlanta, Ga.

The show will premiere with host Kirk Franklin, and returning judges Erica Campbell, Kelly Price, and Johnathon McReynolds. This season will feature performances from Yolanda Adams, Marvin Sapp, Mali Music, and season 9 winner Melvin Crispell plus more to be announced.

Auditions for the show were held earlier this year in Atlanta at The House of Hope. With Covid-19 on the rise, production took heavy consideration to ensure everyone’s safety throughout the season. New content and technology were used to finish episodes four through eight allowing the studio audience to come in weekly for taping.

Season 10’s winner will receive a recording contract with RCA Inspiration, a cash prize of $50,000, and the “title” Sunday Best.
