Nicki Minaj Skips the Grammy’s to Party At Church On Sunday’s In Hollywood [Video]

Pictured is Nicki Minaj pulling up with her bae at Church On Sunday’s Grammy Party in Hollywood. Security had a strict no selfie policy with the Queen as she rushed in to party with her crew. Young M.A., DJ Clue, and her boo Kenneth Petty all partied with the Queen as Drake played in the background. Nicki is unfazed and snaps it up as the paparazzi click away. She might have skipped the 2019 Grammy Awards ceremony but Nicki Minaj, 36, didn’t miss out on all the fun as she attended The Argyle night club for the hottest after party.

Looking amazing as usual, Nicki Minaj stepped out in style after her fourth studio album “Queen” was snubbed. The album peaked at number 2 on the Billboard charts and failed to receive any nominations from the Recording Academy. In addition to Nicki, a few other A-list celebrities opted to ditch the awards show after having their own creative differences. Ariana Grande pulled out days before her performance due to a disagreement with Grammy producers. Also Kendrick Lamar, 31, who was nominated for album of the year for his work on the Black Panther movie soundtrack, sat this one out. Another no show was Kanye West, 41, who was up for producer of the year. Kanye hasn’t attended the Grammys since 2015.  Kanye previously said: ‘Since when was making art about getting rich? … Remind me again why we in this sh*t? Remind me again why the Grammys [can] suck my d*ck?’ Let’s see if next year they are all no-shows to the main event.

Nicki’s number one rival Cardi B bagged five nominations and took home the award for Best Rap Album. Some are questioning the Grammy’s decisions like what Kanye spoke on, saying the show is becoming a popularity contest that is no longer about the art.
