BET Awards Goes Virtual For 2020 With Host Amanda Seales

June 28th Bet will broadcast the 20th annual BET Awards show 8PM/7C hosted by Amanda Seales. This will be the first year BET has a virtual show using innovative techniques to make it a more intimate affair. Due to covid-19 BET is making sure to have safety precautions in place to ensure everyone is protected.

Performances by Jay Rock, Nas, Public enemy, and more will keep viewers entertained and aware of the current culture and changing times.

This year Meg the Stallion and Roddy Rich are dominating the nominations with five nods each. Drake who is nominated for six awards was recognized twice in one category for Best Collaboration and for Viewers Choice for his features with Chris Brown‘s “No Guidance” and his song with “Future Life is Good”. Some of the other leading nominees include Beyonce, Da Baby, Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj and Lizzo with four nods each.

The BET Awards will broadcast on all Viacom Networks including BET, BET HER, and for the first time on CBS. Be sure to tune in Sunday June 28th at 8PM/7C .
